Sam Skime
Sam has had project experience with all types of property. In his time he has been successful in residential and commercial contracting from Arizona to Alaska but his heart is on Rainy Lake. He knows that your home is more than a structure, it is a piece of your life, and will do everything he can to reflect that in his work. He is a hands-on, jack-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from general maintenance and upkeep, to custom projects!
Tedman Frederickson
Ted has lived his entire life on Rainy Lake. He has been hands on with building and design for over 30 years. He has project managing and property maintenance experience with a handful of projects on Rainy Lake that include building cabins and fabricating/installing floating docks. From property needs to ideas and custom projects, Ted's energetic, matter-of-fact attitude can handle all the work for you! Some of the most unique structures Rainy Lake has to offer have been fabricated by Ted. His insight and unique knowledge of the Rainy Lake landscape will make your vision a true reality. With any property you see on Rainy Lake, chances are Teddy has had his hands on it.
Laura Skime
Laura grew up learning that hard work pays off. She has a Mechanical Engineering degree and 4+ years of maintenance planning experience under her belt. She only complies to honest work and honest words. She is also a hands on person, and she is excited and loves to take on new projects - big or small. What it all comes down to is, if we say we'll take care of you, know that under her watch, you'll be taken care of.

Property Opening and Winterization/Closing

Allow us to open up your property and have it ready to go upon your arrival with our property opening plan. Is your summer at the lake coming to an end? Let us ensure the safety of your property and your peace of mind with our winterization plan.
General Maintenance
Your time is valuable. Don't spend it on general grounds keeping and home maintenance. Trust us to keep your property looking well-kept, and spend your time how it should be spent, with enjoyment and relaxation. Some of our services include boat lift and dock maintenance, lawn care, pressure washing, and contract management for construction projects. We will also keep your mind at ease with regular property inspections so you can rest assured that any issues with your property will be addressed promptly while you are away.
Dock Building and Restoration
Care, maintenance, and upkeep of your dock is the #1 priority in owning lake property. There's nothing worse than having a dock in disrepair and not being able to safely access your property or the lake. Our team will work with you to determine the best placement for your dock, considering property lines, erosion potential and wind direction. From there we will recommend a dock plan for you with a timeline for completion and total budget.
Building Bug-Free Spaces
we want everyone to enjoy the lakes as much as we do! Creating spaces that allow you to capture the beauty of the surroundings while designing the aesthetics that you require is right in our wheelhouse!
